THE GOAL
Attract young dentists to Real Life Dental's Southwest Virginia practices. Candidates wanted to see what working there really looks like, from patient care to the team they would join, but the practice had no video content to show them before applying.
THE PRODUCTION
Over two shoot days, Piximpress interviewed the practice owner, associate dentists, and staff, and filmed daily work inside the practice. The footage became a recruitment film that shows candidates what the job and the lifestyle look like day to day.
THE RESULT
Four new dentists hired within three months of the film going live. It now runs on the careers page, job listings, and social media, giving candidates an authentic look inside the practice, its people, and its culture well before the first interview.

SHORT CLIPS FROM THE SAME PRODUCTION.
Alongside the recruitment film, Real Life Dental requested a set of short clips cut from the same footage for their social media channels. Each clip was delivered in the formats today's platforms require: vertical 9:16, portrait 4:5, and square 1:1. One production, extended across every feed without an additional filming day.
