Hello!
Fellow Vendors
I'm Henry with Piximpress and we'll be working together soon for this awesome couple. I asked them for your contact so we could touch base with each other and also introduce myself as your fellow vendor if we haven’t met yet. I like to think I'm pretty easy-going on wedding days and definitely value your opinion as a professional as well. Below you'll see what each of you should expect from me on the day.
PLANNER/COORDINATOR
As a videographer, I would love to get a heads-up on what would be next or any last minute changes on the timeline. This allows me to quickly position my cameras, lighting, and start recording on time to not miss any moments from start to finish.
PHOTOGRAPHER
You and I will work side-by-side for mostly entire day! I'll do my best to not be in the way and not to slow you down neither. Sometimes I may ask the subjects to re-create that same ideas but with movement and no flash for the video. During the day, I love to shoot with natural light and turn off the indoor lights if possible. At night, I do use lighting such as key light and backlight. Also please note that quality sound is very important for my video production. Therefore, the couple will be mic'd up for the ceremony and the followings if it's on their plan: First look and reading letters. Together we can choose a nice private area for these moments and we’ll coordinate more on the day so we don't be on each other's shot.
DJ/BAND/SOUND PERSON
I would like to ask you if it's OK to connect my recording device to your system to capture quality audio. Please note that the couple and the officiant will be mic'up as well for the ceremony. Those mics are self-recorders (not wireless) and it will not interfere with your wireless system if you’re going use one. Together with the coordinator and the photographer, we could choose the best spot for the speeches during the reception.
OFFICIANT
I wanted to ask you if it would be OK to be mic'd up during the ceremony. This mic is only for my video production (not for the guests to hear at the ceremony).
EVERYONE
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me (via text, email, or phone). I look forward to working with everyone to make this day unforgettable for the couple!
